We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items with tags still attached Items must be purchased directly from bittybrah.com.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

• Cancellations allowed until fulfilled
• Weekends and holidays included

To request a return, sign in to your account and select "Return items" on your order.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
