All orders will be shipped out as quickly as possible and will arrive within 5-10 additional business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available.
Free shipping on all U.S. orders $100+ and international orders $150+

Exchanges / Returns
We will gladly accept an exchange if purchased directly from www.bittybrah.com and exchange for any other product. Please email within 21 days of delivery and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange.

Shipping policies:
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days pending credit card verification.
- if you have questions about your shipment or delivery please contact hello@bittybrah.com.
- Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location. BITTY BRAH is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands
- To purchase protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen we offer route shipping protection. starting at $0.98, you can add route to your cart at checkout to enable protection.
- To file a claim with route shipping protection, visit the Route app to file the claim.
- International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. these fees are not associated with BITTY BRAH and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items that have the tags still on within 21 days of item postmark.
Return labels are only available free of charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your return, some delays may occur.
